OLLEVA Moto Auctions maintains a comprehensive Anti-Money Laundering (AML) program in compliance with the Bank Secrecy Act and FinCEN regulations.
We assess money laundering risks based on user profile, transaction patterns, geographic location, and other factors. High-risk users undergo enhanced due diligence.
All transactions are monitored for suspicious activity including: unusual transaction amounts, rapid buying and selling, structured transactions to avoid reporting thresholds, and transactions involving high-risk jurisdictions.
We file Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) with FinCEN when required. Users are prohibited from disclosing that a SAR has been filed.
We maintain records of all transactions for at least 5 years as required by law. This includes KYC documentation, transaction history, and communications.
We cooperate fully with law enforcement and regulatory investigations. We may freeze accounts or transactions when required by legal process.
